Purchasing your blind could not be easier, choose your fabric, measure your window and then place your order on-line.
You can be assured that Alison Campbell Soft Furnishings have installed the latest technology to ensure the most reliable and secure checkout system available.


We aim to despatch Roman Blinds, Curtains and Cushion Covers within 21 days of receipt of payment.

We aim to despatch Fabric Orders within 7 - 10 days of receipt of payment.

Delivery times can vary on occasion if there is a delay with our suppliers customers will be notified of such delays.

Alison Campbell Soft Furnishings use reputable carriers to deliver our goods. Parcels require to be signed for, so please provide us with alternative delivery instructions if you will not be available. Please check parcels are undamaged before signing for the goods.

Postage will be quoted along with quotes for individual Made To Measure products.

In the event of a customer choosing a fabric that is out of stock we will contact customers to make alternative arrangements.


Our blinds and curtains are personalised goods made to your specification. It is most important that the measurements you provide us are accurate. We will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from incorrect measurements provided by you so long as our product(s) comply with the measurements you have given to us.  For Inside Recess Roman Blinds we ask customers to give full recess sizes and that they make no alterations to sizes to allow for ease of up and down. All allowances will be made by Alison Campbell Soft Furnishings Ltd.


All our fabrics are displayed as digital images using up to date photographic technology and lighting techniques. However, there may be differences between the digital image and the actual fabric. We therefore recommend that you order a sample of the fabric.  Samples are priced at a cost of £0.50 each. Fabrics supplied for blinds or curtains can on occasion vary slightly from samples due to different colour batches. Orders for cut lengths of fabric are non returnable.

Images on the website are only a small representation of the pattern and it is not always possible to view the complete pattern repeat.  Fabrics are matched accurately as intended by the designers.  Some designs are not designed to run straight across the fabrics e.g. spots, the blinds are made as the designer intended.

Expected delivery timescales may vary according to demand, and the size of order. Please contact us with any queries.
There will be a surcharge for deliveries to some areas of Scotland and any island including the Isle of Wight please contact us for postal costs.

Returns and Replacements

Blinds are made according to the measurements provided by customers and we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements. Only faulty blinds can be returned as blinds are made to order to customer specifications. Faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once blinds are in production.

All Alison Campbell Soft Furnishings products are fully inspected before despatch, however in the unlikely event that you experience any problems please email us at and we will take immediate action to rectify the situation.
